Private minibuses and larger Russian tourist coaches travelling to Helsinki and other cities in Finland leave daily from Pl. Vosstaniya. Most buses leave St. Petersburg between 19:00 and 22:00. During the day there are always touts trawling the area selling tickets for the buses. If you reserve a place with them the day before departure then you can usually get a seat. They can also drop you off at Helsinki airport and other places on route by prior arrangement.
