What better place is there for a groovy jazz festival than the sandy beach in front of the Peter and Paul Fortress in the heart of the city?! The 6th annual Petrojazz festival will feature jazz stars from the UK, Finland, Germany and Lithuania, jamming together for two days. This year’s event focuses on funk, afro-latino fusion, rhythm and blues and ethnic jazz improvisations. In addition to the music there will also be a Jazz tea party, quizzes and games. 1st day - Quartet InSearch (Lithuania), Olga Ponomareva ensemble (Russia), Edward Zhenya Gimer (Finland), Mugam project (Turkey). 2nd day Andrey Kondakov and Electric Project (Russia), Alexey Chizhik quartet (Russia), Amy Pieterse (Russia), Shez Raja (UK)
