Located in a monolithic example of Soviet neoclassicism and just a stone’s throw from Palace Square, there’s not much that’s “micro” about this brew restaurant. The space is vast, with towering ceilings and an open floorplan that could lead to some interesting discussions with fellow beer afficianados or just make you feel a bit lost. They feature live music at the weekends and while everything on the menu is delicious, we recommend the Indian dishes, especially the lamb samosas and curry. Cavernous or not, the friendly service, tasty pints and gorgeous food will keep us coming back for more.

Its an incredibly impressive interior - I'm told it used to be a bank; even as a bank it is impressive. Very friendly fluent English-speaking staff and laid back atmosphere makes the place a must see.
Was drinking here last weekend - it is mighty dark in there but somehow the atmosphere was very conductive to staying for longer than intended for a long series of beers. Service can be slow, but in general I liked the odd beer hall/train station kind of atmosphere. Would get drunk there again.
I've been there 3 times and love it. Good food, friendly staff and the cold athmosphare is a very interesting mix. Will come back soon
