You can enjoy your business lunch in this cellar pub whilst sitting on the very same chair that Ringo Starr sat on when he visited many years ago. Although at time of print there was still no business lunch menu in English, this unpretentious pub-style restaurant offers the standard Russian options; one soup, salad, main and glass of mors or kvas for 230 rbl. A great little winner and it's available not just Monday through Friday but on Saturday as well! Served in a black plastic bento-tray, this business lunch has pickled cabbage, a soup, great mound of rice and a meat or fish dish that rotates daily from Monday to Saturday.

Tinkoff
With a small Tinkoff beer included and five courses, this business lunch special is great value for money. And the venue is large and airy. The best options are the cream of spinach soup, the potato salad and for main, mashed potato with carrots and the sausages or chicken shaslik. The fish and bouillon soups are awful. There is also five sushi business lunches that also come with a beer and miso soups (280
Rbl).
