There are 180 dishes to choose from at this restaurant, which has a wide assortment of sushi, sashimi and yakitori and above-average service. The interior is trendy, and there are fashion shows on the many televisions. We recommend the fried noodles with pork and squid. If you want to try your hand at sushi-rolling at home, they have a separate make-your-own menu where you can pick up everything what you need (including, for those who need it, advice).

Just when you start thinking that all sushi is the same and how can one restaurant be better, you go to Ris. Red chairs and black interior makes for a smart look, although there could have been a little elbow room between customers. The haste of the waitresses wasn't endearing but once we wrapped our tastebuds around the spicy eel sushi, we forgot all about such trivial things like service.
