Housed in the tourist farm of the same name (that of the family), Šumečnik apartments lie in a more elevated, mountainous location to the north of Dobrna. There you'll find five alpine, rustic-looking rooms, some with balcony looking out upon mountainous scenery and a river. With great facilities in addition to home cooking and regional specialities (breakfast, half board or full board) - it will please most. Just beware that only a little English is spoken by the hosts; a good idea to have a phrase book then, be it Slovene, Croatian or indeed German.
