Okrepčevalnica Zelenci

Enjoy the mixture of Alpine (sausages and sour cabbage) and Balkan food (barbequed beef and lamb) on the menu in this ‘refreshment café’. Then work-off the heavy lunch with a walk through the adjacent Zelenci nature reserve, with its beautiful lake, source of the river Sava. In autumn and winter you’ll probably want to head back inside afterwards though; the bright dining room is gloriously warmed by a pretty little fireplace. It sits beside the main Kranjska Gora - Planica road, near Podkoren village.
