Perched high above the valley in hilltop village of the same name, Sveti Martin isn't the easiest winery to find, but is definitely worth the extra effort. The microclimate of the surrounding slopes allow for production of especially high quality vintages, most notably from Vipava's indigenous grapes: Zelen, Pinela and Klarnica - the latter being a limited production dessert wine, which is one of our personal favourites among all Slovene wines. The tasting room in the cellar can accommodate small to medium-sized groups, and a degustation menu can be arranged with advanced booking.
