Located in the village of Zalošče in the lower Vipava, the award-winning Saksida winery produces a full range of whites, reds, and rosé, including several blends of its own design under the name Carisma and even two sparkling wines. Aside from wine production, they've also managed to capitalise on the valley's dearth of accommodation options and established a small fully-equipped campsite, which has room for up to ten campers and around the same number of tents.
