A great place to stay if you’re planning on exploring the surrounding woods and mountains and it’s even close to the famous Korita Mostine gorge.  There is a choice of staying in one of the rooms, or an apartment or in the ‘Alpine House’ situated in the Vogar meadow which is just right if you’ve come with a large group of friends or a big family.  The furnishings are typically alpine, wooden, fresh and clean.  If you’re curious about village life or are a fan of cheese for that matter, why not visit the Museum of Alpine Farming where there is plenty of opportunity for tasting cheeses and watch how traditions of cheese-making have been going on for centuries in the Bohinj region.  The owners also organize walks into the meadows, a perfect activity for a summer’s day.
