Cubano offers a seriously authentic experience of its namesake Caribbean island, Cuba. The location may be in a multiplex cinema, but once inside the restaurant you depart from the familiar. On our first visit were also overwhelmed by the quality of the food prepared by Cuban chefs and served by Cuban waiters, as well as Cuban beer and cocktails. Indeed even the ingredients are from Cuba. Weekly salsa nights (Thursday) and a course for kids (Saturday mornings), plus a monthly live band, make for a suitably lively program.
