Located quite a ways north of where tourists tend to tread, Horse's Pub is something of a Ljubljana institution and one of the first places we went for a beer after moving to the city way back when the tolar still existed. Despite the name, it fits squarely in the café/bar category, with a modern interior, fancy cocktails and a terrace you will likely have to queue for a table at during sunny spring and summer evenings. Buses 6, 8 and 11 will all take you there from the city centre.
