Formerly known as Hugo Barrera, this more appropriately named place is set to open in early to late-February after undergoing some minor renovations. Set along the river bank beneath Plečnik's colonnaded Centralna Tržnica arcade, this superbly located nightspot is aimed at an older crowd, or at least those who can appreciate (and afford) a glass of quality single malt scotch from one of Ljubljana's most extensive whisky collections. Friday and Saturday nights will see live rock concerts, while wine tastings and other themed evenings are also in the works. If you just want to appreciate the views over the water, stop by during the day for a coffee or tea.
