The Polna Skleda restaurant at the Mons hotel and congress centre is a buffet-style place (unique, we think, in Ljubljana) whereby you can take your pick from a vast variety of goodies displayed on an impresive counter in the centre of the dining room. The various offerings and dishes of the day change regularly and give you the opportunity to try out differnet cuisines. For something a bit different or for a casual lunch or dinner it can't be too highly recommended.
