Remotely-situated among meadows and forests halfway up a mountain, this well-known restaurant has made every effort to evolve its menu from traditional to more contemporary tastes, without losing the essential substance of the former. It also has a selection of game meats, so it's the place to come if you've been dying to try some wild boar. Requires a bit of an effort to get there, but the views on the drive up alone are worth the trip.
