Best of Ljubljana Hair Salons: Part 2
.jpg)
Before ...
Having gained a little confidence after the relatively tame 'trim' in Mič Styling, and still sporting a wild beard, we felt adventurous on the way to salon number two, 'Mitja' in Stari Trg (old town). A friendly welcome awaited our entrance to the long and slightly corridor-like salon space. Far from fancy, but very quirky and interesting, the urban-looking interior consists of professional graffiti on one wall, the opposite being covered in mirrored glass. As we had decided to let the stylist do whatever the hell she wanted (aaargh!), style guidance would be very important here. She didn't let us down: our conversation about interests and taste in music was enough to give her inspiration for a new style, her natural feeling and expert skill did the rest. From a tired and long unchanged 'mop-top', she crafted an individual, well formed and sexy new hairstyle ready for 2010! Personal service and trustworthy style guidance made this salon experience a winner, providing you can live without extra services such as nails and make-up. Good price too.
