Mother Teresa

Sheshi Nënë Tereza     more than a year ago
A modest statue of the Skopje-born, ethnic Albanian Mother Teresa (Nënë Tereza, 1910-1997) stands in the southeast corner of the square named after her. An immense source of pride for Albanians, this is one of several monuments of her likeness found around the city.
