Just 8km from Kyiv’s centre, Zhulyany can be reached by taxi for 40Hr in 20 minutes. Trolleybus N°9 will take you there in 30-40 minutes from South Train Station. Extremely inconsistent shuttle buses run between Zhulyany and Boryspil with intervals from 30 minutes to two hours.
