President Hotel

The President’s surroundings are surprisingly tranquil considering its proximity to centre. The hotel has 374 bedrooms of varying comfort and size (singles, doubles, suites and apartments), a business centre, restaurant, bar, health and beauty complex, underground parking, airport transfers and even a chauffeur. This is a popular venue for all sorts of events, and its conference suite has rooms holding as few as 10 or as many as 450 people.

Standard rooms are below a 3 -star standard, so it'a better idea to book a business room in a nearby Rus' as the rate would probably be similar... The location of both hotels is perfect for exploring this beautiful and fascinating city...

The President is a depressing communist pile with a poor breakfast buffet, rooms in every shade of brown and bathrooms that look like Orbis hotels in Poland in 1996. It's not value for money. If you have to stay at a socialist relic, pick the Rus next door. The breakfast is better and the bathrooms are better. I find it very interesting that in the comment section above, so many "people" commented every few days and before that nothing. Could it be a desperate attempt to lure people into this nasty place?

I've made a tourist trip to Kyiv with my family. Kyiv is a great city, Ukraine has to be proud of its capital! We've stayed in junior suite. I can't say anything bad about it. We've liked the service pretty much - the staff is friendly, they're not bothersome. The only thing that we didn't like is a view from our window which goes straight to building place. Hope they'll improve it soon, because Kyiv is going to have UEFA EURO 2012.

Hi everyone! I've stayed at President Hotel this summer. I had a seminar. All co-workers from different regions were present there. The seminar was great. President Hotel gave us big meeting hall plus they made us a coffee break. The service is on a high level. Everything was fine, but it's not very convenient to climb a hill to the hotel.

Hotel was adviced to me by coworkers and I booked it. The overall impression is good. Location in the city center, walking distance to subway and entertainment places, classic room – comfortable and good furnished packed with all amenities. Gorgeous bathroom – I even wanted to pack it up and take home. Free usage of wi-fi.

I was staying at this hotel overnight before an early morning flight. Hotel is located conveniently with convenient transport to hotel. Staff got a cab for me, so I even didn’t worry. Thanks a lot for this. Check in was pleasant with the person at the front desk being very nice, smiling and with good english. Room was quiet, nice decorated. Wi-fi was fast, and free! While I would stay here again if it comes to that, I’d say yes. Why not?

We just arrived back home from a 2 weeks business trip to Europe and we spent 3 days in Ukraine staying at President hotel which by far very good for value, reasonably priced, and ideal for business people’ stay. Front desk staff was helpful with any questions or requests we had. Location was easy to get to anywhere in the city. When we go back to kiev, or if I know someone going there, this would most definitely be the place we'd stay

Hotel is good place to stay if you need to be near the underground station, location is great. Hotel is convenient, very clean and has friendly staff, front desk is happy to help in English. Room was big, had separate room with couches, toilet and bathroom are together, very clean and stylish. Hotel offers great value for money, in comparing to other ones I’ve been in europe

This hotel is one which I can strongly recommend. Service is outstanding, staff is smiling and helpful whenever you ask, rooms clean and spacious. Hotel restaurant and casino on the bottom floor are of high standard. They have good wine list and delicious food, I ate a big lunch and was too done to have supper that night..) location is good - only a short walk from the underground (like 3-5 minutes).

I stayed in hotel last weekend.. room was very clean comfortable and cozy, personnel is also good and I even felt it it reasonable to pay more than we did. Location is convenient, in the center of kiev and could be easily found. Place is affordable to stay, reasonable to budget, and if I return would definitely stay here again. Thank u so much for accomodation
