Before opening, the owners of this high-class establishment promised an “uncommon and expensive” experience. With a name like Moskva (Moscow), we naively expected the menu to be full of Russian cuisine, but we couldn’t help but chuckle when we discovered “exquisite Italian and some sushi”. Wikipedia describes New Russians as “conspicuous consumers with poor taste”. If you want a face to go with the name, head on down to Moskva.
