This mansion is probably the world’s only home of Ukrainian Haute cuisine. This is only restaurant in the CIS, to receive three separate awards from the prestigious Wine Spectator magazine. The meals are cooked according to 18-19th centuries’ recipes, adjusted to modern tastes. There is a splendid dessert card also.
