  By the way, if you wonder why the mountain has this rather strange name. Here's the story. The legend goesa local girl was walking with her boyfriend Piotr along the mountain, the boy stumbled and fell down and the girl cried "Ai Petri" and so the mountain got his name.Veryfied by my Ukrainian girlfriend.

  Right place,Wrong time !I was there middle of Mai 2009.No lines, no hot weather, 25 degrees, perfect !The view is spectacular, though not so high.Also the surrounding area is wonderful.But as I said go early in season, May is perfect !Take a walk to find beautiful blossoming wild flowers.

  I took this a couple of weeks ago. All I can say is get there early. We waited two hours from 10am until 12pm to get on this ride, standing in a long line in the 40 degree heat. But its nice when you get to the top. A couple of days later it was closed due to forest fires in the area.
