Hotel Neboder is located on a small elevation on the east side of the Rijeka centre and it is visible from almost any spot in the centre. Due to its position and height, one has an open view to the entire Kvarner Bay, all the way from eastern part of the Istrian peninsula and Učka, towards Opatija and Rijeka and then to Kostrena, Kraljevica and the island of Krk.
