Eternal Flame

Maršala Tita     more than a year ago
A memorial to all the military and civilian lives lost in defending the city during World War II, Sarajevo’s Eternal Flame has been burning since 1946. The monument was opened on the first anniversary of the city’s liberation and remains one of the most poignant Yugoslav-era memorials in the city.
