The central location in the main building of the main train station is just one advantage of the Au Premier. Another is the fine international food with a Swiss touch they do here. We enjoyed the evening menu (choose any three courses, 69Sfr): the aspargus soup was delicate, the bison filet tender and the chocolate mousse with ginger a suprisingly good match. The adequate service was a match as well. The inconspicuous entrance is in the passage from the large main hall towards Bahnhofstrasse.
