The annual summer open air opera festival is a cultural phenomenon, including ballet, opera and symphonic concerts. It was born and living in the embrace of the historic Tsarevets fortress and received the prestigious EFFE 2019-2020 label.  There are 7 titles in this year’s music event: the Imperial Russian Ballet with “Swan Lake” by Tchaikovsky; the opera masterpieces by Giacomo Puccini – Turandot and Boheme; Verdi’s “Simon Boccanegra”; “The Violet of Montmartre” by Imre Kalman; a symphonic concert of the Rousse Philharmonic; an opera in the circus – “Pagliacci” by Ruggero Leoncavallo.
