On Saturday, January 25th in the hall of Banski dvor, with a rich and interesting program, we will mark the end of 2019 and the entry into 2020, the Year of the Rat. The organizers of this event are the students of the Confucius Institute of the University of Banja Luka. The commemoration program begins at 6 pm, a Chinese traditional song performed by a choir from a Banja Luka elementary school. The choir of the Academy of Arts of the University of Banja Luka will report a Chinese New Year's song, Professor Wu and students of the Confucius Institute demonstrate ancient Taiji skills.
Attendees of the Chinese language course will be introduced to the audience with guitar sounds, songs, and poetry in Chinese, while a professor at the Confucius Institute Gao will perform Dai Chinese Folk Dance. After the official program, a cocktail party will follow.
