The somewhat unusual name of this delightfully different museum stems from the partially true notion that traditional museums tend to focus on the past rather than looking towards the future. Cultural semantics aside, Antimuseum PhysLand does a great job at promoting science in all its beautiful strangeness whilst simultaneously providing temporary relief from the hordes of outdoor types frolicking around the lake. A positively brilliant adventure for all the family, and thoughtfully offering tours in several languages, this is the place to come to learn everything you ever wanted to know about lightening, electromagnetic impulses, levitation, plasma beams and a universe of other fun and fascinating things.
