Gourmet pizzas of the highest quality made to perfection by a team who appear to be born to do just this. The bases are made with sourdough that is left to rise for no fewer than 26 hours, resulting in a delicious and light dough to which is added homemade San Marzano tomato sauce with fresh basil, Fior di Latte mozzarella and extra virgin olive oil. In fact, these pizzas are not made: they are crafted. And what's more there is lots more than pizza to enjoy. Fresh pasta, salads, sharing plates and desserts. Add in some superb wines, a fabulous location and you have the kind of eatery Bucharest needs a whole lot more of. We love it.
