A small district, located in the center of Belgrade, right next to famous bohemian quarter, Skadarlija, lays Cetinjska, a place the government is planning to tear down for a few years now, and naturally nothing's happening. And while big shots are deciding its fate, Cetinjska hosts some of the best parties in the city in the number of bars located there.
