We had a truly delightful evening at Dreierlei where the sharing plates are named after the three main ingredients on the menu (Dreierlei means trilogy). We loved the whitefish (from Lake Zurich) with sloe berries and watercress and the three different sauces were a perfect match with the tender fish. The black venere risotto with goat's milk cream cheese and yellow beetroot had some bite and was a pleasant combination of flavours. This is well-executed contemporary cuisine without being too chichi and the atmosphere at this ancient venue is homey. A good choice for an evening with your significant other.

The restaurant will close at the end of 2019.
