Our Spring #JacarandaInYourPocket competition (track the hashtag on Instagram) brings so much joy each October – see the winners of our 2023 jacaranda competition – that in 2023 we decided to launch our #CosmosInYourPocket photo competition (see last year's winning Cosmos photos). With that, we invite you to enter our #CosmosInYourPocket photo competition with your best photo of the season taken in South Africa.
This year we have teamed up with Delta Central and we have great prizes to be won from The Cliffside Boutique Hideaway, and Coalition for the best photos.
To help get you started we made you a guide on where to see the cosmos in Joburg, as well as an itinerary for Craighall Park to make the most of your visit to Delta Park's cosmos. Plenty of reasons to stop, sip, and eat before or after you take your best shots. But of course you are free to roam much further in search of the flowers.
What can you win
PHOTO PRIZESFirst Prize – A night's stay for two in the Sunrise Room at The Cliffside boutique getaway valued at over R4,000, including a welcome drink, sundowners and snacks on the East Deck, dinner vouchers, and breakfast.
Second Prize – A R1,000 voucher to spend at Coalition. That's plenty to get your fill of their wood-fired pizzas made with slow-rising pizza dough.
How to enter
To enter the competition, share your photos on Instagram of the 2024 cosmos blooming in South Africa on Instagram with this hashtags in your caption:#cosmosinyourpocket
