Appalling. I used the dry cleaning service and they ruined my garment. When I tried to complain they refused to return my money and only assisted me when my Estonian speaking friend stepped in to help!

Went there in May, 2012. How things change. Courteous lady attended to me and through sign language with an occasional yes or no.... was in and out in "real time". (Smiled, too!)

i agree: not very foreigner friendly at all. not even simple sentences in english are understood. plus, today, there were no free machines all afternoon (we arrived at 13.45 and it closes at 6pm..) - according to the woman working there. hard to believe. i am looking for an alternative.

Not that bad but not very foreigner-friendly - - no languages spoken, staff not very polite.
