Built in 1783 on the former site of the Dominican cloister of St. Mary - Magdalena, which was founded sometime before 1300, this striking albeit faded Orthodox church is a fine example of early Russian classical architecture. The interior design is fairly modest when compared to other Orthodox worship houses of this size, but it's still certainly worth checking out.
