The first Gdynia Christmas Fair promises to be magical! The Grunwaldzki Square will be transformed into a Christmas Wonderland, filled with holiday decorations and gifts to be purchased. There will be artists' performances, and most of all, everybody's favourite, Saint Nick will make an appearance! 29 stands loaded with hand-made ornaments, wreaths, jewellery, pottery, paintings, candles or ready-made gift sets, as well as a variety of sweets, gingerbread, chocolates, aromatic tea,  coffee, hot chocolate, or mulled wine. There will be also plenty of delicacies to choose from, among them dumplings, regional cold cuts, highlander cheeses, bread, bigos (Polish speciality, hunter's stew), Lithuanian and Hungarian specialities, honey, and homemade baked goods. Other attractions will include a Christmas carousel ride!
