We were very disappointed with the service provided by staff at Munich information centre, counter 1. Staff member didn’t assist with different tours provided. We then decided to do the hop on hop off bus. We were told cash only. When clearly all Boucher’s had credit card available on them. This was our last trip to book with 1day left in Europe, & didn’t want to take out more cash. We did book our tour on the bus. The staff member was not helpful & rude. We were recommended to use this service by Alan who was our tour guide from Frankfurt, on the Romantic Rd Tour. We were saddened by this behaviour of the staff member.
