To be honest, we were sold with the name alone. To The Bone is a must-visit for carnivores in Berlin, with some of the most succulent meat found in this spot in Mitte. An Italian restaurant with its focus firmly on the meat-friendly north, the appreciation for the traditional craft of the butcher is readily apparent here, from the presentation through to the taste.
