On the menu is a choice of South African and African flavours plus the option of a dedicated vegan menu (a rarity for meat-mad Joburg). Start the meal with a pilaf rice salad of calamari, infused with Spanish flavours like spelt seeds and fermented black garlic or with a truly South African classic of snoek baked with whole apricots on a sweet potato bun. Main dishes include Senegalese Casamance chicken, peaches and pinotage springbok shanks with herbed 'krummel' pap while the dinner ends off on a sweet note with treats on offer including triple chocolate tart and blueberry sorbet paired with basil ice-cream and lime meringue.
