The phenomenally popular The Linden Market heads north for a special festive edition taking place in Waterfall from Dec 3 to 5. The venue is the Waterfall Park next to Mall of Africa, and excitingly with this being a privately owned park the market will be able to open in the evening as well. Of course Christmas is just around the corner so there's lots of live entertainment on the programme, and once the sun goes down a beautiful festive lights display will be bringing some extra festive cheer to the park.

The Linden Market is famous for promoting unique small businesses that focus on high-quality hand-crafted items and artisanal techniques. There's always an emphasis on showcasing the works of local artists, designers and artisanal food producers. 

In the run-up to their first day-night market in Waterfall, The Linden Market is showcasing a number of these small brands at their new Mall of Africa pop-up shop. The Linden Market pop-up shop is open every weekend throughout November with a changing collection of local jewellery, fashion, decor and design brands on sale.

At The Linden Market's Festive Garden edition there's also an especially strong music line-up featuring: Fritz Gun and Lungelo (Friday), on Saturday an afternoon of acoustic folk followed by headline performers Thee Legacy and salsa dancing in the evening and on Sunday Georgetown Band close out the festive weekend.
