Marking the end of Artist Proof Studio’s (APS) blockbuster exhibition, A Journey in Co-creation, APS co-founder Kim Berman converses with world famous South African artist William Kentridge about his long collaboration with the print studio. Kentridge has always championed co-creation in the art industry, an ethos that has been central to the growth and creative output of APS who have been collaborating with him since 1995. In their conversation, Berman and Kentridge explore the multiple ways in which co-creation is integral to the printmaking processes and how it contributes to a conception of art enlivened by the possibilities of exchange of ideas and engagement.
