A nicely renovated prison and hospital building from 1720, later used as a soup kitchen for the poor in the 1920s. It's now a great place by the river to try traditional German dishes such as pork knuckle and schnitzel, all at very decent prices. Their riverside terrace is easily the best place in town for a Bavarian beer at sunset.
