Ever wondered where the largest outside screen in Europe was? Wonder no more. The Kazan Arena is a futuristic sporting complex in the Tatar capital, with a capacity of 45,379. The stadium looks like a water lily from the sky, although it is unlikely any fans will get to see that.

Getting there: There are plenty of public transport options for getting to the Kazan Arena, but access will change on game day. Passengers will be let off at Veterinarnaya Akademiya (accessed by bus lines 10, 18, 33, 35, 35А, 36, 44, 45, 46, 49, 55, 60 and 62, or tram number 5) or at the intersection of Adoratsky Street and Yamasheva Prospect, accessed either by a plethora of buses (33, 46, 49, 60, 10А, 15, 18, 35, 35А, 36, 44, 45, 62, 76) or tram 5. Shuttle buses will also run from Kazan’s train stations and airport.
