Making a shift from Italian to more varied European and International cuisine, Leonardo has made their debut in the Michelin Guide, and earned their place in the conversation of Kraków's best restaurants. Upon entry a fleet of finely-dressed gentlemen alight upon you, taking your coats and leading you to a suitable table in one of several tastefully decorated dining rooms with Tuscan colours and dark antique furnishings, including one with a replica of da Vinci's flying machine hanging overhead. What proceeds is the kind of five-star fine dining experience that hearkens back to a stately elegance missing from most modern restaurants. We recommend ordering a bottle of white wine and any of the fresh seafood dishes (our scallops with strawberries and black pepper were outstanding), or a bottle of red and the seasoned Polish beef. A look at the other tables reveals that Leonardo is an ideal choice for romance or impressing business associates from out of town.
