Front and centre at Tytano, this big, bustling American steakhouse is one of the compound's more upscale venues, ably angling for tourists and large groups over local hipsters. To the pre-fitted post-industrial interior have been added chunky wooden tables and firehouse red fixtures and fittings, plus a timber terrace out front, however a certain smartness is achieved by the sheer volume of poised, attentive and impeccably groomed greeters and waitstaff. Keep things within reason with a burger (30zł+), or push the boat out with a dry-aged steak (80zł+); in between you'll find a nice goose fillet, some interesting pierogi (with fillings like shrimp or ox-tail) and an extensive wine list. There are also two four-course lunch options served Mon-Fri 12:00 - 18:00 for 39/50zł. Though the steaks may not be the city's finest, and the burgers require the resignation of a knife and fork, Cargo impressively hums like a well-oiled, finely-tuned machine. Whether it actually achieves the status of a top restaurant (competition is fierce), it certainly presents itself and operates as one, which is a first step well taken.
