Very much the place to be seen in Podgórze, this sister venue to the Rynek's MM has a bit more of a neighbourhood vibe, while very much representing the upscale apartment building it resides in. Incredibly popular at all times, the smart, spacious post-industrial interior is crammed with tiny tables and livened up with warm lighting, plenty of plants and loud, non-stop dance music (could do without that, thanks). The metropolitan menu ranges from pizza and fish 'n' chips to tom kha and pad thai, but generally hits the mark. The sandwich lunch special (Tue-Fri) is tough to beat, but it's the cocktails and long list of G&Ts that make you check your watch and order one anyway. Although day drinking seems to be the heights of glamour these days, in our opinion MM is more attractive as an after-dinner drinks destination, when the atmosphere finally matches the time of day.
