This year's 26th edition of the International Festival of Creativity, also known as Golden Drum, will be taking place in the seaside resort town of Portorož, an hour's drive from Ljubljana by car (if you only slow down for that one speed camera that's at the bottom of the hill before the exit for Senožeče). This year's slogan is “Creativity 4 Change” and the festivities will once again be completely cashless courtesy of Mastercard®. However, what will genuinely be priceless is the keynote speech by none other than world's most famous philosopher and culture critic, Mr Sniffles himself, the one and only Slavoj Žižek!

To say we're excited to hear what the author of such books as Trouble in Paradise: From the End of History to the End of Capitalism, Like a Thief in Broad Daylight: Power in the Era of Post-Humanity and The Relevance of the Communist Manifesto (all published in the last few years) will have to say on the stage of an event celebrating the achievements of the marketing and advertising industry is an understatement - just the thought of it makes us laugh out loud whilst typing this.
