Owner Chang arrived in Slovenia back in 1996 and gained experience by working as a waiter in his sister’s restaurant. Fast-forward to the present day and together with his brother and two chefs they’re now running restaurants in Ljubljana and Koper. The recently opened restaurant at BTC is impeccably decked out and the finished result, while perhaps not entirely traditional Chinese style, gives a dining area of class and elegance. The menu lives up to its surroundings and you’ll find a huge number of dishes to choose from. Many of the traditional Chinese favourites you’d expect plus a few surprises. When food is this good it’s hard not to overindulge but try to save a little space for dessert.
