Taking place from January 31 to February 3 this year, the annual Natour Alpe-Adria tourism extravaganza will once again bring together seemingly every tourism related business, organisation, association and government office in the country. The fair not only aims to promote all of Slovenia's numerous tourist offerings, but also bring together people from all of tourism's diverse sectors in order to facilitate cooperation as well as innovation. As the name suggests, the organisers devote special attention to leisure activities available in Slovenia and abroad, with foreign representative also presenting their respective countries, with an additional focus on outdoor activities this year thanks to the inclusion of Natour. Participants range from ministries, airports and railways to casinos, ski resorts and restaurants to golf courses, caravan dealers and the publishers of high quality locally-produced city guides.
