It is the story of Ludwig van Beethoven focusing primarily on the composer's debilitating deafness and his musical legacy. It is the story of our humanity, life and our mortality in particular. The grandeur of Beethoven's music can be overwhelming but what makes it even more miraculous is the fact that it was written by a man who for much of his life could only hear it in his soul. The ballet interpretation is grasping at the idea of Beethoven's music perfection which which really cannot be found anywhere else. The ballet is choreographed by Ivan Cavallari and performed by the Grand Łódź Theatre ensemble.
