With fabulous views of the Umayyad Mosque from the rooftop terrace, the Old Vine Hotel or Al-Dalia al-Qadima in Arabic, was opened in late 2025 after lengthy renovations and consists of three connected traditional houses, each with a courtyard filled with the fragrance of the citrus trees. The elegant modern rooms come with elaborate local furniture. Single rooms $130, doubles and suites (featuring a separate seating area) $180, all including an excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel hopes to be able to accept international VISA credit card payments soon.
